Happy Anniversary to our gorgeous couple. Looking back at this beautiful marquee setting hosted at the family home in Herefordshire. The marquee featured clear PVC roofs over the vibrant entrance and bar areas, allowing the natural daylight to flood the marquee. Inside the dining area, the magnificent empire crystal chandeliers looked truly elegant with the lush foliage in the ceiling and on the long tables. This stunning day was a wonderful collaboration of talented local suppliers who brought the vision to life perfectly. See below the list of these wonderful suppliers.

Always a delight signing off the marquees at Longborough Festival Opera. Good Intents have supplied marquees for over 10 years. The site consists of a number of Chinese Hat break out pavilions, buffet marquee, picnic pavilion, and the all important bar tent for refreshments. The raised buffet marquee set up with tables and chairs is now ready for to work their magic over the next 9 weeks.

Safe and legal!

It takes a bit of planning to get all three rough terrain forklifts in the yard at once, but once a year we gather them together for their annual LOLER Thorough Examination.

While they’re regularly checked in-house throughout their working life and serviced to keep in tip-top running order, there are always things that our local expert engineer finds which, though not immediately a problem, could develop into something if left unchecked for another year.

These machines are vital to the way we deliver and move our huge array of marquee equipment on site, and while we always have a backup plan (a spare forklift!), a breakdown can be very expensive and inconvenient. So we always keep them in great condition, ready for action!

Our bars are invariably the centrepieces of our marquees. Often the first thing that guests see, the bar is the place to be, to meet old and new friends, and just have a good lean!

A lot of thought goes into the positioning of the bar, and quite often it’s right in the middle! Next to the dance floor, it’s a refuge for the shy dancer, refreshing for the more exuberant.

Our bar furniture is all designed or built by us because we couldn’t find what we wanted off the shelf. Standard circular bars are just not big enough for a big party, and are too heavy and awkward to be transported easily from one event to the next. Our multicolour LED glow bars can all be dressed using fabric wraps of your choosing, giving you a magnificent personalised feature!

As we are busy quoting for winter weddings, this image captured by from a few years ago always sparks some interest, so much so it has been used by a few competitors over the years!!. The split level marquee and starlight ceilings gives a lovely cozy but grand feel. The guests dined on the lower level and danced and celebrated around the illuminated circular bar, whilst enjoying the view of the beautiful historical Bodleian Library.
