We are recruiting casual waiting staff to join our friendly, fun and hard-working team for the upcoming busy summer season at Stanlake Park, near Twyford in Berkshire.

Fingers and Forks is a distinguished catering company, celebrated for its bespoke, high-quality dining experiences that blend sophistication with accessibility. Stanlake Park is consistently ranked among the best wedding venues in Berkshire, and Fingers and Forks is the partnered caterer for this stunning venue.

Experience in waiting is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided and the role will be on a casual basis with no fixed hours. You must be aged 16+, and we offer excellent rates of pay.

Our grilled Mediterranean vegetables were one of the heroes at a summer wedding sharing BBQ menu — smoky courgettes, peppers and aubergines, charred just enough to bring out their sweetness and dressed simply to let the flavours shine.

Served alongside rosemary, garlic and shallot lamb skewers with minted mojo, sticky apricot-and-ginger glazed garlic chicken with chorizo, blushed herb slaw, heritage vine tomatoes, dauphinoise potatoes and all the trimmings… it made for the most vibrant, generous wedding feast.
