Another morning cooking for our Chalet Host Cookery Course. This morning we were working on breakfast : Poached, Scrambled and Fried Eggs! Followed by Hunters Chicken , Dauphonois and Hasselback Potatoes , finished off with Apple Crumble! Delicious! :)

I've just catered for a beautiful wedding today at Dorney Lake for the lovely Alex and Amanda. Lloyd Grossman was a guest and their table commented how delicious my food was - wow 💗💗💗
