There is a human behind this business , someone who has feelings and emotions. This past week has been pretty trying ... think bureaucracy to the 100th degree along with a sprinkling of entitlement to abuse my good nature, especially outwith business hours . You may have access to your florist's personal phone number but is it appropriate to use it ? Is it acceptable to watch your children manhandle my flowers and not apologise or say anything ? Is it ok to call the florist and ask them to stay open to accommodate your floristry emergency? Do you think the business really wants to be asked to support your charity more than once a year and we're only half way through ? How about doing something nice , leave a review , share a post , show me a photo of your flowers in your home ? Say please and thank you once in a while . Kindness costs nothing .
