When we accept new members 📜into The Wedding Guild of Wales, they have to be much more than "good, great or fantastic" at what they do.🏆
Only time will tell if they are great at customer service, only time will tell if the have a head for business.🎓
And only time will tell and reputation will show, how great they are at working with other wedding professionals as a team, to pull off your perfect day.🤝

This is why we set standards, this is why every supplier needs to meet a criteria to be accepted here.💪

No membership fees here, they just have to PROVE to us they are more than a bit great at what they do... Because that is only a part of what makes a fantastic supplier.💚

** Coronavirus (COVID-19) **

To all couples who have booked our services, especially those with upcoming weddings, I would like to try and reassure you. I hope to do everything I can to help you during this unprecedented and difficult time. I can only imagine how stressful the situation is planning for your wedding with uncertainty.

In light of recent news, we will NOT be cancelling any booked weddings.
If your wedding is postponed for any reason including Coronavirus, I will of course honour your booking for your new date where possible, you must get in touch (via email) as soon as possible with your new date.

However, as a small independent business, should you choose to cancel your booking I cannot offer full refunds. All initial bookings were made with a non-refundable booking fee, any additional payments will of course be refunded.
