Setting my intentions for 2026. There is a lot in 2025 that’s been amazing ✨🙏🏻 and there is also a lot that I am ready to release and move on from. I’ve never been one for new years, however I feel like so much ground work has been laid this year, I really do have such a good feeling about the new year ahead ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Friends, family, food and cosy times ❤️ it’s been a lovely December so far 🎄✨🔥🍷❤️ on Friday I will be finishing work to have two weeks off over Christmas… something I haven’t done in the 6 and a half years I’ve been self employed. I am soo looking forward to slowing down, laying in, having wholesome days, dog walks and resting. - although one of my friends said she gives me 48 hours before I’m thinking of my next business idea 🤣… but I’m certainly going to do my best to make the most of the time 😴🎄🎁❤️

5 years ago yesterday I opened The Lounge by Graze Life. My life is sooo different now, It seems crazy this part of my life even happened. I get asked a lot if I miss The Lounge. And I always immediately reply with absolutely not! 🫣😂 it was an incredible journey. And it’s crazy how many people I met through The Lounge are now in the next ‘phase’ of my life (everything happens for a reason) 🤍🤍🤍 I will forever be grateful for the memories - but oh my god was I drowning!! The pace of life and the demands were just not viable for one person in the long term. If I’m honest, I was in bits by the end 😣🥺😮‍💨 I am so grateful for that time of my life, but I am also so proud of myself for knowing when I needed to say, enough was enough.

I always think, just because we make a decision, doesn’t mean that has to be it for the rest of our lives. As uncomfortable as it can be, change is a good thing. And once you make a decision to move on from one part of your life, it allows what’s to come next to find you - which is something I think is so exciting 💫✨⚡️🌟💥
