There’s been so much happening over the last few months I realised I’ve missed a few big milestones in both my businesses!!
Firstly 7 years of Catering Graze Tables, Boxes, Platters & Mobile Graze Cart !!! To say the last 7 years of Graze have been a rollercoaster is an understatement! THANK YOU to everyone that has supported me for all this time and through all the different phases of the business. I am beyond grateful 🙏🏻
Two years ago I made the decision to sell my lease, close my bar, and strip everything right back to catering from home!… and honestly, it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I keep seeing so many things about millennials and how we’re stripping our lives back. We don’t want the fast pace any more. We no longer want to be drowning in this idea of what success looks like. And I am so relieved I realised this for myself 🔮
And secondly!!!! I completely missed that it has been a year since I started my clinic for Balanced Kinesiology & Fascia Release now that is crazy how fast that year has gone. One day I decided to study something new. Something that has helped me so much! And something I knew in my heart more people needed to know about. It has helped so many people feel better, calmer, more balanced. Not so overwhelmed so they able to see and manage their lives more clearly. It has been the most rewarding year and I need to say thank you to you all. Thank you for trusting me with something so personal. And thank you for telling your friends and family you feel better and recommending they come and see me 🥹💘
I am so relieved and proud that the way I see being ambitious now is different to how it use to be. Honestly, working yourself into the ground to the detriment of your health is really not as cool as we once thought it was 😮💨
