Swimming Pool:

A 6-lane, 25 metre swimming pool ranging from a depth of 0.9m – 1.9m. Our water quality is excellent and we use a low chlorine ultra violet treatment system which is much more customer friendly, especially on the eyes. The pool is available for public swimming and swimming lessons. Swim School:

We run swimming lessons for pre-school age, school age

and adults by Swimming Teachers Association qualified teachers. Fitness Suite and Free Weight Suite:

We have a comprehensive range of cardiovascular, resistance and free weights equipment. Better Membership:

We offer a range of memberships to suit your leisure activities. Full membership, which includes the fitness suite, classes and swims; Swim membership, with or without pool classes; and Junior membership, which includes swimming lessons. Birthday Parties:

If you’re going to be using our gym, your everything starts with a 1-2-1 induction with one of our trained Fitness Instructors, who will help tailor a bespoke gym experience based on your specific needs, as well as introducing you to the gym and different types of machines and equipment.

Our staff are keen to share their wealth of knowledge and expertise to help put you at ease when discussing your goals and planning your regular exercise routine. For the more experienced, you can opt out and get straight to it.
