After a year and a half of trying to evict the stinky man who's not even lived in our only home for the last 10 months, forcing us to live in my best attempt at a log cabin (so far!) he's had his sh*tty belongings put into storage and gives us possession tomorrow. House clearance here tomorrow pm to clear the crap he's left us with and then onto the joyous times of making our home.
It's been so hard to keep sane and not just burn the whole place down! I've learned a lot about myself during this time-nothing can touch me now. I've learned about where to place my kindness, how to overcome extreme panic attacks, how to forgive those out to destroy me and how to find joy in the darkness. A very long and arduous journey but the learning is very deep and empowering.
Now time to breathe, let the impact of extreme stress unravel and wash away and let the creativity flow.
I'll be back running retreats by spring in our beautiful patch.

Big Man Fionn Shales you are my absolute rock, literally held me together and young Lady Rosa- you are an incredible healing force giving so much love, both living through this on a daily basis with me.
