People often ask me why I love what I do, and every time I’m asked, I struggle to give just one answer.
Of course, I love the creativity. I love sitting down with a vision and bringing it to life. I love creating wedding bouquets that will be carried down the aisle, gift bouquets that make someone smile, candles that fill a home with warmth, and pieces that become part of life’s special moments.
But the real reason goes much deeper than flowers and candles.
I love what I do because of the people behind every order.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being a small part of so many stories. I’ve created bouquets for weddings, gifts for birthdays and anniversaries, arrangements to celebrate new beginnings, and pieces to honour loved ones. I’ve laughed with customers, cried with customers, and shared in moments that I’ll never forget.
Running a small business isn’t always easy. There are long days, late nights, and plenty of behind-the-scenes work that nobody sees. But every single day, I wake up feeling grateful that I get to do something I genuinely love.
This business is my heart. Every bouquet, every candle, every order that leaves my workshop has been created with care, and knowing that something I’ve made is going to become part of someone’s story means more to me than I can put into words.
Whether you’ve ordered from me once, supported me for years, shared a post, left a comment, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed along on this journey, thank you.
Small businesses don’t grow because of one big moment. They grow because of hundreds of kind people choosing to support them every day.
So when people ask me why I love my job so much, the answer is simple.
It’s because I get to create.
It’s because I get to be part of life’s most meaningful moments.
We’re so grateful for everything you’ve helped us build, and we truly can’t wait for this next chapter. We have something new and exciting coming very soon to Hailsham, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Our biggest chapter is coming!🤍
