After the excitement of the Royal Wedding last week (for which our salads would have been perfect! 😉) we have another grand event this weekend, supplying salads for Kenny Lewis and the Heathfield & Waldron Rugby Club 3rds Team Summer BBQ tomorrow.
On the menu is Egyptian Kashari Salad and Amanda’s Sweet Potato & Bacon salad. Should be a great afternoon.

The Bank Holiday looks like the weather is going to be fine which is great because we are catering at a birthday party and BBQ this weekend.

Shame about the weather a couple of weeks ago! But the salads were a great hit and it was a lovely evening with friends and family. Hopefully the weather will get better over the coming weeks. Looking forward to catering for this weekend’s party for 40 people! We will be serving Claire’s Asian Coleslaw / Pumpkin, Spinach, Olive & Couscous Salad / and a new really exciting Egyptian salad called Kushari (details and pictures will be added to our 'Services' section soon).
Should be a good as long as the weather behaves!

The rugby result at the weekend was not the success that Te Mara was hoping for, but the feast was!
Here are a few pictures including the new Indian Spiced Cauliflower Salad...along with our Pumpkin, Spinach & Olive Couscous Salad.
These are fantastic served with lamb kebabs, chops and roast leg of lamb...

The weekend party was great, weather was spectacular, salads went down well and as promised here is a photo of Claire’s Asian Style Coleslaw - light, refreshing and best of all really tasty!
