Lovely day at Fairwarp market yesterday selling my pork and beef. It really is the friendliest market with fabulous stalls and a cafe (plus walks on the Forest and some excellent local pubs)

Fabulous weather today, and the forecast for this weekend is super too…..,
Come and see me at Fairwarp Farmers market on Saturday (great walk, and pubs, on Ashdown Forest after) and the georgeous Lakedown Taproom in Burwash on Sunday where we’ll have Dexter beefburgers and pulled pork, plus chips! Great market at Fairwarp yesterday. Lots of returning customers and it was warm and cozy inside. At the next market I’ll have fresh dexter beef as well as sausages so if you’d like any special cuts please let me know. Next outings….

Another busy week….sausages and pulled lamb at lovely Lakedown on Sunday followed by sausage and mash for 60 on Wednesday and Fairwarp Farmers market on Saturday.
Friday it’s spooky snacks in preparation for Halloween, having so much fun deciding what to make!
If you like marmite (which I do, a lot) thoroughly recommend sausage slice with marmite and cheese
