Back on a very warm, sunny and early September Saturday, Alan and Daisy said their vows in front of their loved ones under the dappled light of the tree canopy here at Wickerwood Farm and what a special day it was.
Alan, Daisy and their guests stayed over the night before the wedding, filling our glamping meadow to full capacity. Large pamper tents with H&MU stations, toilets and shower units were available for all, allowing everyone the opportunity to kick back and enjoy Wickerwood for the full 3 day hire period. No cabs required here that weekend ✋
Everyone basked under clear blue skies and warm sunshine for the full duration of their stay. Fantastic locally sourced BBQ food was prepared for all to see and then served and enjoyed for the wedding breakfast under the canvas of the tipi. Guests played croquet amongst other games and drank fine wine until their hearts content, all whilst the band played on 🎶 It’s safe to say everyone had a great time. I’ve never seen so many fiercely competitive wedding guests desperate to win the egg and spoon race!
This was a wedding created with love by our lovely couple and one I’d have here again in a heartbeat.
