Smoked Snoek Pate - Snoek is similar to our mackerel so we will be using some of our own wonderful local mackerel on this occasion
Boerewors sausages - made locally by with unique spicing
Pap - is a cornmeal, similar to a polenta
Chakalaka - our own spicy bean and veggies relish
Malva Pudding - similar to our sticky toffee pudding but a tasty variation
All adding up to a yummy, comforting meal.

So, we're keeping the menu as is (no drama here!) and throwing in a special treat - a fish Meze plate that's basically begging to be paired with an Aperol Spritz (or not, we won't judge).
