We were enjoying partying so much on Saturday night that we didn’t say our thank yous!!! So here they are…
🙏Thank you to every single member of our Coco’s team, past and present, for your hard work, dedication and support over the years. Our biggest compliment from our thousands of reviews, aside from the love of our food, is how incredibly welcoming Coco’s is and how much people love the ambiance of our little space we have created in this corner of the world. This is down to each and every one of you for creating such a warm, safe, happy environment for people to enjoy.
🙏Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors and chosen to dine with us over the years. We have made so many friends through your repeat custom and for that we are forever thankful.
🙏Thank you to DYC for giving us this opportunity to create something so special.
🙏A personal thank you to my two incredible children who have given up their own lives to run Coco’s Brasserie with me. They have worked every Easter holidays, summer holidays, half terms and
every night in between to make sure our business was successful and for that I am eternally grateful. Ella and Oliver, it’s now time for you to do all the things you’ve sacrificed and start living your best lives.
🙏Finally, thank you to our close friends who have supported us along our Coco’s journey. If running a business has taught me anything it’s that you know who your friends are. Helen, Ethan, Penny, Amy, Kate, Fran, Charlotte, Rosie, Faye, Neil and Ceri you have my deepest thanks for being there for me personally and helping me through all the hardest and busiest times.
Hel, we have laughed, cried and sweat more blood and tears than I care to remember but you have been my rock and my best friend and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
