1022 had the pleasure of curating charcuterie with purpose and precision.
Our grazing boards stole the spotlight at this week’s wine tasting—layered with artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, and accompaniments. Beautifully balanced to elevate every bite, perfect pairing from start to finish.

The Boss has been very busy over the past couple of months, Rachyel has been judging out in the US for the Joint Culinary Training Exercise, seeing the best chefs that the French, Germany, American and British Armed Forces has to offer, on her return, she had the fantastic opportunity to judge at the International Salon Culinaire at HRC.

It's been a busy couple of weeks in work, had 2 big dinner nights which both went extremely well, and all guests were extremely happy.
