1022 had the pleasure of curating charcuterie with purpose and precision.

The Boss has been very busy over the past couple of months, Rachyel has been judging out in the US for the Joint Culinary Training Exercise, seeing the best chefs that the French, Germany, American and British Armed Forces has to offer, on her return, she had the fantastic opportunity to judge at the International Salon Culinaire at HRC.
