Term and Conditions of hire:
1. The prices are for the full term of your hire which are agreed prior to the event, including delivery and collection.
2. All items remain the property of Betty’s Sunday Best at all times.
3. We will deliver and collect all items free of charge in the Doncaster area, we are happy to delivery elsewhere and will quote on request.
4. To secure your order we will require
a £20 deposit at time of order (this also is your agreement that you are happy with the terms and conditions) , the balance due on delivery.
5. Your deposit of £20 will be refunded in full at time of collection once all items are checked in full no breakages have occurred.
6. Cancellations must be made in writing within a week of hire any later and your deposit will not be returned
7.Please check your order on delivery carefully and sign the delivery note to confirm all is in order, we cannot accept any faults or discrepancies noted after items have been signed for.
8. Due to the nature of the China there may be signs of wear, such as to gilt, but there will be no breakages in the china.
9. Betty’s Sunday Best will accept no responsibility in the event of injury or damages caused to the hire equipment.
10. The hire cost includes the items being returned dirty for us to wash, please scrape plates empty sugar bowls and teapots before re-packing.
