HEAR ME OUT

The Hear Me Out Band met and formed during workshop sessions run by the charity Hear Me Out in UK immigration detention centres. With members hailing from all over the world including Iran, Gambia, Nigeria and Italy - their sound mixes a variety of musical traditions, including gospel, jazz, hip hop, and reggae.

TAMAR OSBORN

Saxophonist Tamar Osborn is a composer, bandleader, band member and session musician.This versatile and prolific artist is also a solo artist making powerful left-of-centre music
across multiple genres. Her band Collocutor released three albums with On The Corner Records and she has toured or recorded with Kelis, dance maestro Akram Khan, and Spiritualized. Since 2009, she’s been a member of Dele Sosimi’s Afrobeat Orchestra and performed in Fela! The Musical. She took part in the London, Marseilles and Roskilde editions of Africa Express.

Ensembles include Flock, Unknown to Known and Tryp Tych Tryo, alongside collaborations
with Sarathy Korwar, Tommaso Cappellato, Camilla George, Momoko, Ill Considered, Rosa
Brunello and Cape Town’s Asher Gamedze.
In 2024 award-winning Moments Notice launched their record label with Osborn’s
improvised trio performance. She has a monthly show on Soho Radio. Tamar Osborn brings variety, experience, and commitment to music and connection.

I sold the caravan, but I still have a pop-up wooden bar.

I'll be trading at Hastings Supports Refugees Sanctuary Festival on Sunday 21st June (solstice) Hastings Museum & Art Gallery
From 12-6pm.

Come along and enjoy a fresh beer, Aperol spritz, Pimm's, elderflower Collins,

It's gonna be a hot one!!!

This was the first event I ever traded at back in 2019 and it's been such a pleasure to be invited back year on year to work with the team (they had 2025 off, just like me)
