Hello! I hope you all had a lovely Easter and are enjoying Spring! I have been patiently waiting to cook asparagus and I think it’s time now that they are in season. 😋 Thankfully we can find them all year round these days but I find it feels extra special when you can eat veggies that are in season. So next week I will be cooking a roasted sweet potato, courgette, baby spinach & green lentils curry topped with lightly steamed asparagus & toasted mixed seeds 💚 As always, one pot costs £12, 2 portions, all you need to do is heat the curry sauce in a pan and serve with rice. I offer free doorstep delivery in Haslemere and its surrounding villages. As the weather gets warmer, delivery times will change to 4-5:30pm. If you could please pop them in the fridge as soon as you can that would be great. If this delivery time is not convenient, please let me know so that we can arrange a more suitable time for you. Hello and apologies for my late post! I have been busy cooking away for the retreat tomorrow. I absolutely love doing them but yes it’s a lot of work as I do everything by myself! I am very lucky that I get to work with the most amazing people, the hosts are always wonderful and I think as a retreat guest we don’t always appreciate how hard they work behind the scenes to make sure the guests have the most relaxing, special and enriching experience on the day. 🥰🧘.

Hello! Finally February tomorrow…🙌 I don’t know about you but January is a struggle for me, I am ready for spring now! Yes we still have a while to go but with more daylight hours, it feels like winter is slowly making its way out… Fingers crossed we get a bit of sunshine this weekend! ☀️🕶️
