Busy with lots of preparations today for the Fete Tomorrow 11-3pm .
St James’s Church, Harvington

Come rain or shine 🌦️we’ll have lots of fun , and plenty of food and drink for .

Games ⭐️ RAFFLE ⭐️ TOMBOLA ⭐️
LUNCH ⭐️ CAKES ⭐️ PLANTS ⭐️ STALLS⭐️
ENTERTAINMENT ⭐️ SUMMER COCKTAIL ⭐️ SWEETS⭐️VINTAGE CARS

We’ve got lots of gazebos so we’ll hopefully be staying as dry as we can and of course the church will be open to duck into anytime.

Lots of stalls will be cash , some have card . Tokens can be purchased for children’s games and activities using card or cash.

Songbirds at 1.15pm
Plus other entertainment

The raffle will be drawn at 2pm so be sure to purchase your raffle tickets before then.

Just a reminder that Church Street will be closed between the Coach and Horses Pub and the Church on Saturday 6th ( this Saturday) between 9am and 5pm.

The diversion is around Station Road and Village Street .

Please could we politely ask that any cars are moved from this part of Church Street by 9am on Saturday.

The summer fete is next weekend !

We’re on the countdown to St James’s, Harvington Summer fete.

🛍️Church street will be closed from each end of the church walls …. We’ll turn this into our own market street … full of lovely stalls ; books, craft, cakes, plants and more from our local businesses .

🎟️🎯🎳In the churchyard there will be games for all the family plus a raffle, tombola , face painting, glitter tattoos

Harvington Guides with a craft stall

🍬🍦Food and drink - we’ve got :sweets , ice lollies, fruit punch, our refreshment tent with tea, coffee, sausage rolls and filled lunch rolls.

🎤🎼🎸The Songbirds will be entertaining us from 1.30pm, Harvington Guides will be teaching us some camp fire songs - possibly more!

The fete will open with a peel of bells from our own Tower Team from 10.30-11am.
Then we have a visiting team from Kiddiminster ringing the church tower bells from 12.15-1pm.

Weather and mechanics permitting we will have some great vintage vehicles on the pub car park .

The The Coach and Horses Harvington will open from 11am and will be serving drinks and have a BBQ too.

FREE ENTRY.
SATURDAY 6th JUNE
11am- 3pm.

Thank you to everyone who came to our quingo night on Saturday - we had so much fun!

Just under 3 weeks now until our next event - the Summer Fete ( hoping & praying for sunnier weather this year!).

We have some great stalls coming along for our Church “Market” Street … however we still have a few spaces …

We are looking for LOCAL :

Fruit and veg stall
Cheese
Preserves etc
And some craft stalls
Or anything else , a bit different

We already have books, cakes, plants , face painting , food , flowers, drink , sweets , lollies and some craft stalls .

Spaces are £10
-set up from 9.30am .
You would need to provide your own table and gazebo
