June Gardening Jobs.

Here are some gardening jobs for you to do in June, not all are relevant to you, and there is no pressure to do them all. Choose one if you can and just enjoy your time in nature.

What an exciting time, flowers are blooming, and the summer breeze is gifted with fragrances from many flowers. Being in the garden really is a treat for all of the senses, and there is no place id rather be. Some of you will already be reaping the bounty of your harvest, and if you aren't just yet, well hold on, it's coming!!

My job is whimsy as f**k. I keep pinching myself that I grow my own flowers, pick them and get the deliver them. Feeling cute in my get up rocking my bouquet bag delivering some thank you flowers to who have supplied me with loads of mushroom crates. I'd be at a loss with all of my flowers without them!

Building a wildlife pond using recycled materials.

Step 1: Get a water tight container

Step 2: Make sure it is lined

Step 3: Fill it with different sized stones and bricks to ensure wildlife can climb out of the pond safely

Step 4: Add and weigh down your pond plants

Step 5: Fill it up with rain water

Step 6: Add any more decorations and ornamental bits and bobs such as a solar fountain.

Let me know if you have a go at making your own!

Ten reasons why I grow my own flowers.

Yes im a little.bit whimsy but I'm also a bit f**k the system. I started growing food first, wanting to learn the skills of growing food and herbs in order to survive. Then, I found a love for growing flowers from seed because I couldn't afford well established plants. I realised maybe I could try and live from the land whilst being its caretaker.

The garden nurtures me physically, mentally and soulfully. You cannot beat it.

May Gardening Jobs.

Here are some gardening jobs for you to do in May, not all are relevant to you, and there is no pressure to do them all. Choose one if you can and just enjoy your time in nature.

May is a crazy hectic time on the garden there is just so much to do and going on. If you know you know and if not you soon will 😂 but juggling all the plates is the best! Hence why my May post is a little late to be posted. Hut hey ho my garden will be amazing and so will yours as there is plenty of time to chip away at some of these jobs.

Blue Hydrangea experiment.

I've been wanting to try this for a long time and came across loads of coppers cleaning out a room the day before I was moving the hydrangea. It wasnt thriving where it was at and already it is looking so much better in its new position. I will keep you updated on the colour of the blooms.
