✨ What a performance! What a team! ✨

What an incredible day at this year’s Headland Carnival!

We couldn’t be prouder of every member of Hartlepool Stage Society who took to the stage and streets to perform. Although this was only a fraction of our full team, the talent, energy and enthusiasm on display were, once again, absolutely fantastic!

From our youngest performers to our most experienced members, we were delighted to see every age group represented, with amazing group performances and fantastic solo performances showcasing the incredible individual talent within our society.

At Hartlepool Stage Society, we pride ourselves on developing the individual as well as the team. We celebrate every performer for who they are, regardless of age or ability, and it was wonderful to see so many of our members enjoying the sheer joy and love of performing.
Every smile, every step, every note and every moment on stage was a reminder of why we do what we do. Watching our performers grow in confidence, support one another and shine individually whilst working together as a fantastic team is something we are incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful parents and families who give up their time, support their children and help make these opportunities possible. Your encouragement means so much.

And, of course, a massive thank you to all of our HJSS coaches, who volunteer their time week after week to provide exceptional tuition, encouragement and support to our performers. The results speak for themselves — just look at these incredible performances!

Our parade costumes looked absolutely incredible, and it was the perfect opportunity to celebrate our exciting upcoming production of Finding Nemo the Musical. We can’t wait to bring this fantastic show to the stage!

Finally, a huge thank you to the Hartlepool Carnival Committee for once again inviting Hartlepool Stage Society to be part of such a wonderful community celebration. It was a privilege to help celebrate the 103rd Headland Carnival!

🌈✨ Rainbow Stretch Challenge Winners! ✨🌈

It looks like the summer holidays have kept lots of our super stretchers busy this week! ☀️🏖️ We didn’t have as many entries as usual, but we absolutely loved the colourful photos that were sent in. 🌈

A huge well done to everyone who took part in our challenge to include as many colours as possible in your stretch – you all did an amazing job!

🏆✨ WE HAVE SOME VERY EXCITING NEWS! ✨🏆

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Dare to Dream Jr. has been nominated for a NODA Performance Award 2026! 🌟

This is such a fantastic achievement for our incredible juniors and everyone who played a part in making the show so special. To have their hard work, dedication and talent recognised by NODA is something we are incredibly proud of. 🖤💛

Liv, Sarah and the whole Junior Team couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. You all worked so hard, gave 100% on that stage and created something truly special together. This nomination is a wonderful recognition of just how much you have achieved. ❤️

Whatever happens on the night, you have already achieved something amazing by being nominated! So for now, let’s celebrate this moment and how incredibly proud we are of our juniors. 🥹✨
