Who doesn't love sticky toffee pudding?!

For many, the true test of a great wedding breakfast is the dessert. We caught up with Head Chef Ian King on his top recommendations.

"I'm really proud of the dishes our award-winning team serves at weddings at The Pavilions, but I have to say my absolute favourite is our sticky toffee pudding served with a sticky toffee sauce and fresh fig garnish. It's an absolute crowd-pleaser!"

A lovely review to start our Friday...

"Nothing but WOW...
We went for a meal tasting at our venue with the best two chefs in Harrogate. We tasted 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. We already new what we were picking before we went, well how wrong were we! The food was absolutely amazing and then we had a decision to make. The communication and experience/explanation of each dish we were eating was fantastic.

The food was all locally sourced and tasted amazing.

On our day we had compliments about the food and how delicious it was. The beef just melted into your mouth. The cheesecake was by far my favourite and shhhh, I had 2 slices haha.

The chefs came out to speak to us and also when they were leaving came to say good bye. I think we made a good impression on our first meeting haha.

All in all if I was to have any other events in th Harrogate area I would 100% want these guys to do my food.
