🍽️ "We booked with Aqua Silva for my Mum’s 70th birthday at a holiday cottage in North Yorkshire. We got fantastic support in the run up to the event, helping us with menu choices and managing any food allergies and dietary requirements. Chef Wayne cooked for us on the evening - he arrived at the agreed time to do all the set up and prepared the most fantastic meal for us! The fillet steak and fish mains were an absolute highlight, although all the food was outstanding. From first contact he was so brilliant in helping us create the perfect menu for the evening, clear communication all the way including asking all my silly questions, and him alongside the lovely waitress did an amazing job being present and helpful without overbearing, and delivering such delicious food for our evening, and also left the kitchen spotless!
