ldren's parties for my son has led to a life time love of cooking and entertaining. Alongside teaching maths (yr7 - yr13), tutoring and examining, I was a volunteer for Harrogate Railway Athletic FC, providing post match food for the footballers. I also provided buffets for birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, sports dinners and suppers for quiz nights and race nights. I still continue to run Bilton Area Lunch club (1st and 3rd Wed of the month) and their monthly coffee mornings (1st Saturday of the month) as a volunteer.
29th Sept 2023 saw the launch of my new venture into full-time catering with an aim to providing a hot and cold buffet service for birthdays, anniversaries, funeral teas, corporate events, weddings, baby showers, christenings, children's birthday parties, sports celebrations and family gatherings at home in Bilton, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Killinghall and surrounding areas.
