Hanging installations in The Fig House, we’ve done a few! From the first Spring blooms to Autumn berries. Just a few clips of some of my favourites 🤍

One of my forever favourites from a while ago, a delicious bowl of rusty reds and lilac.

Butterfly Ranunclus “Hades”, Clematis “Star River and Fritillary Ulva-Vulpis.

Created in the studio, just for me, using leftover stems from a brand shoot that I decided didn’t quite fit the brief 🤍

It’s been a gorgeous first half of 2026. I announced at the end of last year that I would be taking a brief step back from weddings to let my body rest and give time to other creative ideas sitting neglected in the back of my mind. I’ve always been open about my experience working in this industry while navigating chronic health issues and whilst I LOVE what I get to do for work and am incredibly proud of everything I’ve achieved and created, I knew the way I was working undoubtedly needed to change to protect my health and make this working world of flowers sustainable for me.

So far it’s been a more relaxed year of freelancing, spending some much needed time catching up with loved ones and celebrating 8 years of marriage with my wonderful husband. It’s definitely been an adjustment getting used to a much slower pace of life but I’m so grateful to past me for giving myself this time.

Now I’m looking forward to some special events I couldn’t say no to, like flowering for our beloved friends’ wedding in August and an exciting wedding in September, but otherwise I’m feeling ready for a slow and steady rest of 2026 before entering next year with a refreshed outlook on my approach to work. 2027 will look like more time for my own creative ideas, a small and select number of special weddings and as much time as I can possibly spend surrounded by friends and family.

Success looks and feels different for everyone, and despite the fear I felt at the start of this year that I was slowing down when things were really starting to get going, now I know that this is definitely how it feels to me ♥️

For Rolling In Roses 🥀 celebrating 10 years of their atelier and the release of their latest collection, The Sinners Collection.

A collection inspired by art and sculpture throughout the ages AKA a dream brief for flowers.

One of my favourite table flower moments of 2025, for Camilla and Alex at

The brief was wild, trailing garden flowers with just a touch of blush. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love a tendril, as you can see truly delivered with those.

How everything tied in together was just 🤌 case in point, the table flowers with Camilla’s bouquet 🤍

Cherries 🍒 and chrome for Jade and David, August ‘24. 2024 was THE year for tambourine place settings. So much fun.

Very much enjoying posting these throwbacks of weddings past. Over 8 years in the industry and 6 years running the studio this year so needless to say there’s plenty of them. Although, I can only scroll so far back before I have to start thinking twice before I post - not sure there needs to be a permanent spot on the grid for my baby florist arrangements… Maybe I should share them on stories one day? What do we think?

One of my favourite bouquet moments (ever) was these locally grown sweet peas and garden roses for Ciara. Hand picked by me the day before her wedding, with a few stems of majolica roses included for good frilly measure. The smell was DIVINE.

The bouquet + the dress + the shoes + the veil + the sleeves is just everything.

An indoor pivot for Lois and Adam, June 2025. Always nerve wracking pushing forwards with plan b when you know your couple has their heart set on their outdoor ceremony. Especially true when there’s still no sign of rain but the forecast (and your gut) is telling you it’s coming. We waited until we could wait no longer before creating this arch indoors as I was adamant I wanted to design it in place and not have it moved until after the ceremony and main photographs were complete.
Lois popped across from the bridal suite with some loved ones for a sneak preview and I’ll always remember the joy written across all of their faces when they saw the flowers for the first time. A special moment of 2025.

And yes, it did rain ♥️
