We are back!!! Come and join us on Saturday 26th July for the ultimate summer bottomless brunch at the beautiful at Minoa in Romford, Essex .
Enjoy sharing platters of the finest pan Asian cuisine with 90 minutes bottomless Prosecco, Beer, Wine & Soft drinks.
Bottomless is 4-5:30pm and we will be partying through til 11:30pm.

Join us for our 3 day Wellness Retreat in Denia, Spain from March 13th - 16th 🧘🏼‍♀️

We’ve got the most stunning villa situated in beautiful surroundings close to the town and beaches but still surrounded by nature and amazing views of the mountains and ocean 🌊

Our retreat is like no other - we have an amazing teacher leading our yoga and exercise classes plus I will be cooking you all nourishing, locally sourced food for breakfast and BBQ’s in the evening accompanied by a soulful sunset live DJ set 🎵

We will be hosting guided walks and also offering Reiki and massages alongside our meditation, breath work and sound healing classes ☀️

You can do everything at your own pace, there is no pressure to attend all of the classes if you wish to relax by the pool or explore the town - use the time as you wish.
