I want to share with you the magic of an outing to La Pasticceria…

…as a child, it was my favourite Sunday treat: going together with my dad to La Pasticceria. The moment I entered the shop, I would be enveloped in a wonderful, incredible mix of scents—vanilla, sugar, cream, chocolate, candied oranges, marzipan…and oh! the excitement at all those beauties: chocolate truffles, strawberry roulades, diplomatiche, cannoli…Looking avidly through the glass of the vetrina (display case), I would try to imagine their taste…

Now it is your turn…everything that I make is handmade so that you can experience that same joy and pleasure; the greatest care is given during the preparation and assembling and only the highest quality natural ingredients are used, ensuring beautiful and scrumptious biscuits and puddings.

You don't even have to battle in to town for it -- Dry Drayton Industries, where we're located, is an easy, quick drive from many of the villages and Cambridge suburbs, parking is free and it's a no-stress experience.

A deliciously scary cake is easy to create, as Spooky Season approaches! We can have an image of your choice made into a sugar print for the top of your cake - perfect for a Halloween party. 🎃

Image prints are ideal for children's cakes too - choose a family photo, pic of a pet or favourite cartoon character, for example. Stock image web sites are full of amazing images you can download for a few pounds, or sometimes free. And for office occasions we can have logos or other artwork printed for your cake.

Most of our cakes are suitable for an image topper - browse the range at biscottidebora.com to check, or message us to ask. 👻 We need about a week's notice if you'd like an image print.

For ultimate freshness, we make all our celebration cakes to order. In just four working days you can have a delicious Italian cake to serve from six to 30+, petits fours or cupcakes!

We work Tuesday to Saturday, so if you'd like your cake for a weekend occasion, order on Monday or Tuesday and you've got it covered. 😊 What can we help you celebrate this week?

Have you been over to Open Bakery for this month's guest doughnuts yet? Spiced Apple & Custard and Caramel Cheesecake went down an absolute storm last week, so come early if you want some!

The regular flavours of our fluffy bomboloni doughnuts - chocolate and hazelnut Rocher, fruity Raspberry Ripple and Classic Vanilla - will also be here, though, so there should be no need to go away empty-handed.

Come for a peek at what Debora's dreamed up for the patisserie cabinet, and maybe treat yourself to a tin of Tiramisù in one of our four delectable flavours.

Who can believe it's October already? Our two guest doughnuts for the month launch at Open Bakery tomorrow, both making a welcome return as 'greatest hits'. Don't miss Spiced Apple & Custard, like a delicious Autumn pudding in a fluffy doughnut; and the sweet, smooth and tangy Caramel Cheesecake.

The patisserie line-up will be as fresh and dainty as ever, and we may have one or two newcomers for you. The Tiramisù family will be present and correct, and if you've never tried our wheat-free cake slices - soft, moist and full of flavour - maybe this is the week. They're fantastic with a cup of tea!

We're baking up a storm once again for Saturday, when we turn our production kitchen into an Italian patisserie, with counters full of treats for your weekend!

Guest doughnuts for the third of their four weeks are the delectable milk chocolate and coconut and the comforting blackberry crumble, plus our usual favourites: Rocher, Vanilla Custard and Raspberry Ripple. Deb keeps sneaking a new patisserie or two into the chilled cabinet selection, so there's plenty to tempt in that area too. 😋 Plus, of course: Tiramisù and gluten-free cake slices!

Guest doughnuts are coconut and milk chocolate filled with divine coconut mousse, and the autumnal blackberry crumble, like the most delicious and comforting pudding in a doughnut!

Patisserie is our latest selection of creamy, fruity, chocolatey and nutty creations, showcasing our Italuan patisserie background. Plus the essential Tiramisu family, our moist gluten-free cake slices and our regular bomboloni doughnut flavours.
