And just like that… August is done ☀️

It’s been another super busy month filled with birthdays, events and lots of lovely celebrations! 🎨💕

Highlights included my daughter’s nursery graduation 🥺❤️, celebrating 1 year since launching Zee Zee’s Face & Body Art with a little giveaway, a hen do, lots of birthday parties, and finishing off the month at Hamilton Rugby Club 2026 🐂💙💚 definitely one of my favourite days of the year!

A massive thank you to everyone who continues to recommend me to friends and family. Your support really does mean so much ❤️

Saturday was a wee bit emotional. 🥹❤️

Watching Liyanna and all of her little friends celebrate such a special day, knowing they’re about to start their next big adventure at school, definitely brought a tear to my eye. Time really does fly.

It was a day full of smiles, laughter, glitter, and memories we’ll cherish forever. I’m so proud of my beautiful girl and all of her little friends.

Everyone gets involved… some are definitely more enthusiastic than others! 😉😂

But that’s what it’s all about. Getting stuck in, having fun, and plenty of practice. 👏🏼

12 months. Countless faces. Endless growth. ✨🎨

Looking back at where I was a year ago compared to today is honestly so rewarding. These side-by-side designs show just how much can change with consistent practice, learning, and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

Shout out to my husband for believing in me and pushing me to do this. ❤️

One of the biggest game changers for me has been the Glow Face Painting Academy App. Having tutorials, design breakdowns, and inspiration available whenever I need it has helped me improve my brush control, colour blending, composition, and confidence with every face I paint.

Growth doesn’t happen overnight, it happens one brushstroke at a time.

If you’re just starting out, don’t compare your Chapter 1 to someone else’s Chapter 20. Keep painting, keep learning, and trust the process. ❤️
