From 15:30hrs on Friday 4th September to 14:00hrs on Sunday 6th September I will not have acess to my phone, laptop or any technical/electronic devices.

I am treating myself to a complete reset retreat workshop and shall emerge like a new butterfly!

This is going to be a test not having access to my phone but its also a test of how long people are prepared to wait for me......... Please wait, I'd really appreciate that and will answer all enquiries when I see them on Monday 07th September.

Staying alive !! Staying energised !! staying focused !! Being capable of this keeps me going.

August was a crazy month as many of you will know.
September is also busy but in other ways….. I have been very, very fortunate to secure a place on a much needed wellbeing retreat for veterans in Oxfordshire where I can really work on my own well-being (something I must do from time to time to ensure I can give you all my all).

Then it’s off to work in London on another fab event promoting and educating on women in sport with my old colleagues followed by some rather wonderful and intriguing workshops learning alternative ways on how to think, speak and give my best when helping families with end of life ……

Then 2 fabulous September weddings that are a long time coming ❤️❤️

All of this is LOVE…… some for myself (learning to do that, to give back to me…..), some for a good cause and mostly to give back ❤️

Ageing does not mean giving up, being sensible or missing out on the cake….. have a laugh, let go, embrace the spread whilst you enjoy your food.
Look up, admire the birds …. Murmurations are beautiful!

Feel the rain. A Northerner knows this the best ❤️
Tell those you love you love them. Show them …..

Live in the moment for it is truly all we have ❤️

Perfect setting for today’s intimate ceremony !

Great welcome from hotel staff as always and I got to meet Adam the photographer from Shropshire (I used to live in Bridgnorth so it was nice to flashback in conversation about that) with plenty time to discuss our surroundings ❤️
