Previously a Royal Palace, Gosfield Hall in Essex invites you and your guests to a day you will never forget. Hosting only one wedding per day, you will have exclusive use of this elegant & historic house. Make your way through the stunning grounds embossed with manicured lawns - the epitome of neat. Enter Queen Charlotte’s oak-panelled gallery and walk its 120-foot aisle. Alternatively, the high

hand-painted ceiling in the Grand Salon offers a very different more intimate setting. For those who are looking for an outdoor ceremony, the carriageway is licenced and allows guests to enjoy the historic surroundings while the couple say their “I Do's”. The Marquis of Buckingham’s former ballroom provides an exquisite setting for the wedding breakfast for up to 116 guests, and there are also several grand and ornate reception rooms for you and your guests to enjoy throughout the day. The culinary expertise of our team of in-house chefs is on hand to create your bespoke menu from canapés to the wedding breakfast. There are 23 luxurious bedroom suites offered to you, exclusively for your wedding night, providing the perfect end to your day at Gosfield Hall. The Rococo Honeymoon Suite needs to be seen to be believed and is certainly a bedroom fit for royalty. If one night is not enough, The Marquis and The Lady’s Chambers Cottage are both available to your wedding party, for the night before your wedding, allowing you and 26 of your nearest and dearest to awake revived and refreshed ready for the morning’s preparations and pampering.
