🚗✨ “Summer Sale” ready! ✨🚗

I created this bespoke balloon installation for the Volkswagen showroom, ready for their Summer Sale campaign.

Rather than simply matching the Volkswagen branding, I took inspiration from the existing Summer Sale POS and showroom displays, using red, white and silver to create a cohesive look throughout the space.

Statement balloon arches, columns and metallic stars add impact and draw attention to the campaign, while still allowing the cars to remain the stars of the showroom. 🎈🚗

I love creating commercial décor that works with a business’s existing branding, campaign or environment to create something that feels considered and purposeful.

Last week I had the pleasure of creating this organic entrance arch for celebration event 🎈

The original brief was to match the Institute’s corporate colours. However, as the weather forecast changed and temperatures climbed into the 30s, we made the decision together to use the softer blue and sage tones featured in the event bunting. The lighter palette complemented the overall event styling beautifully.

The arch looked fantastic throughout Tuesday’s celebration event and remained in good condition on Wednesday. By Thursday, after two consecutive days of exceptionally high temperatures, the balloons had deteriorated significantly due to the extreme heat.

As part of every outdoor installation, I always discuss weather and longevity with my clients. While air-filled balloon displays are designed to look their best for your event, prolonged exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight and changing temperatures can affect how long they last. For this reason, I always advise that outdoor balloon installations during heatwaves are intended for the event itself, and I can’t guarantee they’ll remain in perfect condition for several days afterwards.

I’d much rather give honest advice from real experience so clients know exactly what to expect.

This sailboard setup was booked as a surprise by her lovely mum and maid of honour for a weekend full of celebrations, laughter and dancing queens 🪩

Styled in subtle neutral and blue tones with touches of shimmer and disco balls to bring the fun party energy, all set up inside the beautiful lounge in Sible Hedingham.

On Monday I attended a corporate training day with , learning from the talented team how to create stunning suspended ceiling installations like this one.

Perfect for:

What I love about this style is how versatile it is — it can be scaled up or down to suit both the venue and the budget, while still creating that high-impact “wow” moment for guests.

Floating chrome and matte balloons combined with warm lighting completely transformed this beautiful venue and added depth, atmosphere and elegance without taking up valuable floor space.

I’m excited to bring more large-scale styling and suspended balloon installations to venues across Essex & Suffolk.

A proud moment for Balloons by Hayley — my largest corporate showroom installation to date for Chelmsford Volkswagen 🚗

Created in bold red, white and metallic finishes for their May New Car Event, this installation was designed to complement the showroom space, highlight featured vehicles and create a strong first impression for customers walking through the doors.

I’ve worked with the management team for some time now and it’s been brilliant to see them continue investing in creative event styling to elevate the customer experience within the dealership.

Corporate balloon styling has evolved far beyond traditional décor — it’s about transforming spaces, supporting campaigns and helping brands create memorable event environments.

A huge thank you to team for trusting me with such a large-scale installation.

A very special 80th birthday 🤍

This celebration began with a phone consultation, followed by sharing colour inspiration via email to ensure every detail felt just right for such an important milestone.

Soft champagne tones, layered blues and elegant chrome accents were carefully chosen to complement the table styling and the beautiful room at in Bocking, Braintree. Seeing everything come together exactly as planned is why I love what I do.

A truly special celebration for a very special 80th 💙
