Today we said goodbye to this beautiful lady !
She had the most beautiful smile , beautiful personality and beautiful heart !
She was a person who gave her all to any situation and was always 100% herself. She was an absolute diamond through and through and heaven really did gain an angel ! We love you always, our Kathleen ❤️

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Kath.
As you all know she was a cherished member of the Jamie's Place team for a number of years, a true friend and during that time I know many of you became her friends too.

Words can't express how much she was loved by all our family and how much she will be truly missed.
We send our heartfelt condolences to all her family and friends at this sad time, especially her parents, children and partner.
Rest in peace Kath ❤️

As many of you will know we had a random act of kindness board and thanks to the generosity of our customers, many people have had a hot drink or something to eat for free when needed.

When we closed we still had outstanding meals and drinks which totalled to nearly £40, so we will donate this £40 to the Elland food bank in your honour!

To all of my wonderful customers, old and new.

It is with a heavy heart I have to let you all know that Jamie’s Place will be closing down from the 28th of July.

Having this business and meeting so many lovely people throughout my almost 6 years in the premises has been wonderful and I have loved every second. However, due to many varying factors I am unable to continue and there is no other way forward for me to continue with running Jamie’s Place.

I thank every single one of you for your kind words, support and business over the past few years, but unfortunately for me it is now time to move onto pastures new.

I will be continuing to offer Jamie’s Place Outside Catering going forward into the future, but after Sunday 21st of July 2024 the cafe will be closed.

Thank you so much again, from me and all of my family and staff for everything.

🟡⚫ APPRECIATION POST ⚫🟡

Today’s appreciation post goes to everyone’s favourite chef Jamie of Jamie’s place.
Jamie has been a supporter of Elland RLFC for a number of years.
Jamie provides our Open age team with after match food on game days and is always the first to offer his support for our club events.
This Saturday our Under 16’s travel to Batley for the Cup Final and Jamie is kindly donating breakfast for the whole team. Fuelling them up before the big game.
Jamies place is a real part of the community and it does not go unrecognised.
