Need to get this shoulder fixed so I can get back to
Normal… so here’s a pic of me and my dumbbell, ready to do my exercises as instructed by the doctors surgery, cos the NHS won’t let me have a scan until I’ve completed a 20 week course of these exercises despite having paid for 10 weeks of physio privately already 😡

Ps I definitely WAS NOT smiling when I’d finished my exercises 😭😭😭

Today marks the end of school forever for my eldest, Ashleigh, as she sat her final A-Level exam at Bingley Grammar School.

To celebrate, she took me out for a drink (whilst also looking for bar work for the summer near where we live).

I just want to say how proud I am of her, for how hard she has worked throughout her school life. It hasn’t always come naturally, but if anyone deserves to get their grades for uni, it’s her.

I’m not allowed to be a second late with filing, as you are then given penalty points, even if you’re fully paid up in advance!!! And if you get 4 penalty points in a 2 year period you get fined £200!!!

An absent friend in the form of Stuart Jeffreys 💔 gifted me this newspaper clipping when I moved into my current shop.

That man was a fountain of knowledge; anything he didn’t know wasn’t worth knowing. I do think he’d have been well impressed with the AI enhancements though. The road was a lot quieter too back in the day!

Hi guys

What do we all tow with please?

We have a Ford Kuga but I’m not sure it’s up to the job, even though it’s 2.0 190ps AWD. Nose weight of Cabrera is bonkers and hard to minimise.

It’s hard cos every other decent tow car is double the cost of a Kuga!!
