Just like our taco fillings, all our salsas are homemade from scratch using fresh ingredients.

This is the beginnings of our fire roasted salsa. Jalapeños, Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Chilli De Arbol, charred over an open flame to give it a smoky taste.

Our homemade Mexican style chorizo! Using the best locally produced Pork from Gardens Farm Ltd - Traditional Family Butchers and then pimped up with Mexican dried chilli’s and lots of spices!

All our tacos fillings are made from scratch using the freshest local ingredients where possible!!

Catch us tmoz from 5pm down at Stod Fold Dean Clough where we’ll be pairing this up with our Fire Roasted Salsa and Salsa Macha.

WE’RE BACK AT OUR SPIRITUAL TACO HOME!

We’re back down at Stod Fold Dean Clough this Friday & Saturday, serving up some of the best street tacos around.

This will be our last pop-up before we return in October with a brand-new menu 👀

And if you’re like “Where’s the birria?!”… keep an eye on the socials. You never know what might be coming

A little bit of playing around with some new ideas for our October pop-up down at Stod Fold Dean Clough!

First on the list… Beef Birria Grilled Cheese.

Slow-cooked, fall-apart Birria loaded with molten cheese, lathered in our homemade salsa macha, then topped with fire-roasted Serrano peppers, onion & coriander. Served with our Mex Slaw. A vibrant little slaw to cut through the richness of the Birria.

And because a Birria grilled cheese needs a proper dip… it’s served with a Mexican-style dipping gravy made with dried Mexican chillies & spices.

All grilled in butter between some seriously good local sourdough from the lovely people down at Companyhfx. Look at the crust on that. Sooooo blumming good. Please go check them out. Amazing Focaccia and other delicious bakes!!!

This one might just have to make the October menu… 👀
