CUSTOMER UPDATE…

It’s with a heavy heart that I’ve made the decision to close down Banham Balloons.

As many of you know, I have been in the balloon and party industry for many years. During them years I have had the privilege of creating some stunning designs, making some lovely friends, loyal customers and watching families grow. From baby showers right through to teenage birthdays, your loyalty never went unnoticed!
I’ve worked with some amazing balloon artists and suppliers but as the saying goes… all things come to an end!

I have been given an opportunity that I just can’t turn down which will mean more time with my family.

All orders that have been placed will still be honoured however we won’t be taking any further orders from today.

Once again, thank you for all of your support over the years, without you I wouldn’t have had such a successful business.

• H E L I U M •

Today we have received some news which is going to effect all businesses within the balloon industry.
As most know we have had to raise prices due to a National Helium shortage and after 4 price increases this year alone we are now facing restrictions on purchases.

All suppliers are now only receiving 30% of their usual monthly Helium supplies meaning we as a business are limited to how many canisters we can get.

This is a real testing time however due to some amazing airfilled designs we will still be able to take on orders however, helium filled balloons will be limited.

We aren’t expecting this situation to change or improve anytime soon but all updates will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
