Booking a children’s party should be exciting… not stressful. 🎈
Recently, I’ve stepped in for families and schools after another entertainer completely let them down. One parent had paid a deposit, then got ghosted when they requested their money back. A school disco nearly didn’t happen after the entertainer disappeared when asked for their DBS details.
Both situations involved the same company. 😔
I’m not sharing names, but I would always recommend doing a few checks before booking:
✔️ Is the person advertising actually the person turning up?
✔️ Are they DBS checked?
✔️ Are they fully insured?
✔️ Do they communicate clearly and professionally?
✔️ Do they genuinely care about your child’s big day?
A good entertainer understands that parents already have enough to think about when planning a party. Reliability matters. Communication matters. Trust matters.
I’d never dream of ghosting a customer or cancelling without doing absolutely everything possible to help. When you book with me, I’ll always do everything in my power to be there with bells on! 🔔🎉
