You’ve probably been there..
The cake looks incredible in the photos but when it’s cut it’s dry, overly sweet and barely gets eaten.
A celebration cake should be remembered for the taste just as much as the design.

This beautiful floral set is pure sunshine! ☀️
Every sunflower is hand-piped with buttercream and the leaves are created using a new palette knife technique I’ve been perfecting.

Honestly, this weather right now is every baker’s worst nightmare 🥵 but nothing beats creating something bright and summery 🌻
