FULLY BOOKED WITH WAITING LIST

Hi folks
Just to say, we have the Aberlady hall on the 19th and 20th December for two party nights.
Marks booked again and we’ll create a menu in the coming days.

We could have filled 6 party nights last year so we’ll need to try and maximise the space we have over the two nights.

We would like to offer tables of 12 at £600 per table. It would be 10 tables per night.

We could do multiples of 6 (£300) but you will be on a shared table of 12 with another 6 (subject to availability)

Hopefully this all works out and we may look at alternative venue or more nights in the coming years.

We will put the menus up over the next week or so and look to start taking bookings.

WE ARE HIRING - COME JOIN OUR TEAM

Craig Wood Catering at The Seton Garden is looking for a Saturday Wedding Day Hospitality Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellent customer service on our wedding days.

This role sits between the Event Manager and the front of house team to support the smooth running of food and beverage service. It’s a hands-on position where you might assist with food or bar service, while also keeping the team on track and motivated throughout the day.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality experience, ideally at a supervisory level
• Works well in a team and stays calm under pressure
• Communicates clearly and brings a positive, can-do approach

Role details:
• Weddings run on Saturdays, from 12 noon to midnight (April–October)
• Core hours are typically 4pm–7pm, but shift lengths can be flexible depending on the event
• We don’t work every weekend, but we’d like someone available for most of the season
• Pay is weekly (Tuesdays), above national living wage and negotiable based on experience
• Food and drinks are provided while on duty

Christmas parties 2025

We have had 4 enquiries this week for Christmas party nights. It’s humbling that you think so highly of our nights and wish to get in early.

The situation we are in - the Aberlady hall is not available on our usual weekend in December due to a childs birthday party booking. It is not viable to cater under the options we were given by the hall.

We are concentrating on getting The Seton Garden ready for wedding season so will put Christmas parties on the back burner just now.

We will know more towards the end of the spring and will let you know as soon as if we have something in place
