On the 1st day of Xmas it begins with Xmas dinner
On the 2nd day of Xmas I wish I was much thinner
On the 3rd day of Xmas lots and lots more booze
On the 4th day of Xmas so many pounds to lose
On the 5th day of Xmas my body weight in cheese
On the 6th day of Xmas someone stop me please
Whilst thinking about a little more jelly
It made me think about my belly.
I'm going to shake those excess pounds away
Whilst celebrating my curves, hurrah!!
I used to try to make myself join the gym or run
Now I've found another way and best of all its fun
Come shimmy with the rest of us and see what you can do.....
Belly dance is not just for Xmas but this gift I give to you.

Join us 8th January at the Earthbeat Centre the fun starts there 7 15pm then every Wednesday after.

This Sunday there is a fabulous event at Rushpool Hall. Beautiful stalls, mulled wine and an Underground Santa's Grotto with Santa's & his Elves. The stalls and refreshments open at 11 Grotto opens 1pm
