It’s been a little while since I’ve been behind the decks. The last few months have been a bit of a challenge, and I’ve had to take a step back to focus on my health and learn to work with a body that doesn’t always cooperate with the things I want to do.

Some days have taken more out of me than others, but I’m really pleased to say I’ll be playing my first set since January at Platfest on 22nd August. 🎧🎶

I’m genuinely looking forward to getting back behind the decks, seeing some familiar faces, and doing something I’ve really missed. If you’re there, come and say hello!

On Saturday 27 September you have the opportunity to win this original vinyl art kindly donated by Art by TBoy

Inspired by the lyrics from ‘Beautiful People’ by Barbara Tucker, this original album forms the foundation of this piece which is multi layered with spray painted finish. The surface is then transformed with Japanese lacquer and resin finish to form the distinctive ’smiley face’.

Our Vinyl Countdown DJs will be live streaming for 12 hours from 9am on 27 September.

For every £5 you donate, a token is added to the raffle - the more tokens you have, the more chance you have of winning the art.

All money raised will be donated to The Heart of Kent Hospice - a charity close to the hearts of the Vinyl Countdown DJs.
