Born out of a love of food, we have established Waltham Kitchen as an alternative to standard catering services. We make jams, pickles and chutneys. Chocolates, cakes and tarts. We are happy to cater for your event, be it an intimate dinner party or a large gathering. We can even have you a delicious mid-week dinner ready to warm up, if you are short of time! Products include, Kashmir Chutney, Dow

erhouse Chutney, Beetroot and orange chutney, Apple and sultana chutney, pickled onion relish, red onion marmalade, Super hot chilli sauce, Danish style red cabbage, Chunky sweet pepper salsa, pimms and strawberry jam, strawberry and blueberry jam, Orange, Lemon and Grapefruit marmalade, Hazelnut Caramel, hot honey mustard, horseradish mustard, pink peppercorn mustard. Pan de Higo (fig cake for a cheese board).

When the temperature rises ypu don’t necessarily have to turn to salads. This Caribbean style jerk chicken, with corn, coconut rice, avocado salad and flambé pineapple 🍍really hit the spot.
Super scotch bonnet hot jerk marinated chicken thighs (finished on a charcoal grill pair perfectly with the coconut rice and pineapple. The flavours of Barbados on a plate !!!!

Perfect for tomorrow’s World Cup game.
