With only a couple of days until our event here's all you need to know about what's what! Drop us a message if you have any other questions!

LOCATION
Central Hall, Duncombe Street, Grimsby, DN32 7EG

WHAT CAN I DO THERE?
Shop and browse our many independent stalls, all ran by incredible local women!
Grab some food or a drink from the bar and hang out with friends, meet new people, chat to our traders!
Throughout the day watch the amazing demonstrations by local unique fitness groups (such as pole fitness, yoga, aerial hoop) and try out some classes for FREE!! You’re welcome to book on the day but we suggest messaging the page to book your space so you don’t miss out!
Classes are in a separate room and all beginner friendly, just come along in comfy clothing, like leggings and t-shirt, and join in the fun!

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Nothing! Entry to the event is FREE!

SHOULD I BRING CARD OR CASH?
All of our traders are different so please bring both so you don't miss out! However there are cash machines along Freeman Street if you need it!

IS THE EVENT FAMILY FRIENDLY?
Yes! This is a family friendly event and ALL are welcome!! However please be aware children may not be able to be in classes you want to take part in, so please check before hand.

IS THERE A TOILET?
Yes! There are toilets on site!

CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?
Yes! Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. However please be aware if you are taking part in classes your dog is not allowed to join in and cannot be left unattended!

ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! The event is on the ground floor and is accessible. If you require any assistance during the day just ask a member of staff or our traders!

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes! On street parking bays are available on the streets surrounding the venue and along Freeman Street! This is FREE on a Sunday! There is also a public car park accessible from Thesiger Street which is not manned on a Sunday and I am advised by the parking attendant this is also free to park, but please double check the payment machines on the day. The council carpark directly behind Central Hall does require a paid ticket.

Spaces are filling up for our FREE taster classes!! You can book on the day but we recommend booking in advance by messaging the page so you don't miss out! You can book one or all classes! If you have been thinking about starting something new this is your chance to try for free!!

If you have booked or are looking at booking on the day make sure you wear (or bring with you) comfy gym type clothes such as leggings and t-shirt!

Available classes:
louth Demonstrating aerial hoop at our event, they also provide classes for a range of aerial activities, such as trapeze, silks and pole! Taster class 12:15
– Offering Yoga and Pilates classes in their studio on Abbeygate and online! Taster class 12:45
are circus performers specialising in hula hooping. Taster Class 13:15
Vertikal Pole Grimsby – Pole fitness is a great way to improve your strength whilst having fun! Taster class 13:45
– A strength and lifestyle coach who is offering a strength taster session! Taster Class 14:15
Great Oak Therapies offer a wide range of holistic therapies such as shamanic healing, bowen, canine, reiki & sounds baths. They will be offering a taster class in Tai Chi Qi Gong and chakra dance. Taster class 14:45

The fabulous .louth will be at the Empower Her event, hosting a demonstration of aerial hoop, followed by a short taster class for you to have a go for yourself! Freestyle Fitness are an aerial arts academy based in Louth who offer a range of services such as aerial hoop, trapeze, silks and pole.

This creative duo are the owners of , a local tattoo studio and creative space🖤 Penny and Molly both bring their own individual style and personalities to their work. They will be bringing flash sheets for you to check out their creations and will have their diaries at the ready!
The studio is also a creative space for all, hosting craft/art workshops in a relaxed and welcoming environment! So make sure you follow their page to keep up to date on what's next 🌼

We have CUDOX Wellbeing CIC joining us on Sunday! A little bit about them: Our mission is to ensure that anyone in North East Lincolnshire (aged 4+) needing person-centred therapy is able to access it regardless of their situation in life. Cudox supports hard to reach communities by being flexible in where and how people access therapy, including in their own home if that’s right for them. We offer face to face, telephone and online counselling in addition to creative and mind/body group therapy. We remove barriers such as thresholds and eligibility criteria to ensure individuals are allocated therapy quickly and easily. Therapy is offered for as long as needed, ensuring that deep rooted issues are given the time and space to fully heal.

We promote the importance of looking after mental health, and work in partnership with businesses, voluntary and private sectors within our community.
