Vinyasa Flow is breath lead movement, one shape flowing into the next, dynamic enough to challenge,
but there’s no pretzel moves. Mainly because I can't do them! 😆
Beginner friendly, always — we stretch, we breathe, we flow and we land.
Yin Yoga is the sneaky one! It's an hour of "aaaand relax", disguised as stretching. 😅
Here's the thing — your fascia (the connective web that holds you together) has been quietly building your architecture for years and it does this to support the ways in which you move.
That's why when you move in a 'different' way — you can feel stiff or stuck — your body's just like…. eh nope!
Yin purposefully puts us into different shapes and holds us there for a period of time, so we can work into that fascia — into the stuck, stiff stuff — essentially teaching it there's new ways to grow!!
Yin also follows Traditional Chinese Medicine and supports your body's energy flow, which I talk about in class.
It's honestly the most beautiful class. Less doing. More melting.
Hormone Yoga speaks directly to your endocrine system — a gentle, targeted practice designed to support hormonal balance with plenty of relaxation to support your nervous system.
