We’ve been a little quiet on here… but behind the scenes, a lot has changed!

We said goodbye to the kitchen where so much of the journey started and stepped into a new space with a much bigger setup.

We added two new carts to the lineup, and also retired the very first cart that started it all, which was definitely a bittersweet moment for us🤎

While socials were quiet, we’ve still been out serving bookings, prepping behind the scenes, and making early wholesale runs to keep things moving.

Same passion. Bigger capacity. A new chapter.

We started with table service, a handful of bookings, and a vision we couldn’t fully explain yet.

From 7 dessert bars in our first year…
to 30 in our second…
to 64 in our third, plus two dessert carts, a growing team, and moments we still can’t believe😭

This journey has stretched us, surprised us, and reminded us why we started in the first place: to create experiences people remember.

From setting up to serving waffles + pancakes late into the night, the queue really said it all👀 Guests couldn’t get enough and by the end, all we had left were happy faces and empty plates!

What a difference a year makes…
August 2024: 2 events.

This one is a testimony and a massive deal for us, because if you had told us last year that we’ll be doing this kind of numbers in a month, we definitely would’ve doubted! But God…

Running this business hasn’t been easy. Some months stretch us. Some days test us. But here’s what we’re learning:
➡️ It’s bigger than desserts. It’s about experiences people remember.
➡️ Excellence > algorithms (always).
➡️ Growth isn’t overnight. It’s consistency + grace.

We’re so grateful to God for this journey and for every single client who’s trusted us with their events. This is only the beginning, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
