💍 Wedding Tip Wednesday! 📸

Don’t leave your wedding photos to chance!

One of our top tips is to make sure you have a good chat with your wedding photographer before the big day and agree how much time you’re going to set aside for those all-important photographs. ⏰

It’s also a great idea to make a photo list together. Start with those lovely shots of just the happy couple ❤️, then think about close family, parents, grandparents, bridesmaids, groomsmen, friends and, of course, that big group shot with everyone! 📸

Having a list means you’re less likely to forget someone important — and it gives your photographer a clear idea of the photos you really want.

✨ Our tip: Keep the group photo list realistic. Too many combinations can eat into your valuable time, so choose the must-have shots and let your photographer capture the rest naturally throughout the day.

And don’t forget to nominate someone who knows the family to help round everyone up when it’s time for the group photos — because finding Uncle Bob when he’s disappeared to the bar can be a challenge! 😂🍻

The members of Cliff Park Netball Club came together for an evening of fun, laughter and celebration, recognising all their achievements over the past year. 💙

It’s safe to say the dance floor was packed all night! Even the legendary Coach Mr Steve Rogers was spotted throwing a few shapes after a little encouragement! 🕺😂

💍 Wedding Tip Wednesday! 💍

💃🕺 First Dance – don’t get caught out!

Let’s be honest… most of us aren’t Strictly Come Dancing professionals, and that’s absolutely fine! 😂

But when it comes to your first dance, it’s worth putting a little thought into what you’re going to do rather than finding yourselves stood in the middle of the dance floor awkwardly shuffling from side to side while everyone watches! 😳😂

You don’t need complicated choreography or fancy footwork — just learn a few simple moves, practise together and have a bit of fun with it. ❤️

✨ Even a simple routine can give you confidence, make the moment more memorable and, most importantly, help you both relax and enjoy your first dance together.

🎶 Our tip: Pick a song you love, keep the routine within your comfort zone and have a couple of practice runs before the big day.

And remember… smile, enjoy yourselves and if you forget the steps, just keep dancing! 🥰💍

Well, we think it’s safe to say we’ve never hosted a private party quite on the scale of the Harold’s 30th Wedding Anniversary! 🥂✨

Over 250 wonderful guests joined us on Saturday night for an unforgettable celebration, with arrival drinks and canapés, a fun photo booth, a delicious buffet and spectacular cheese grazing board complete with shots of port! 🧀🍷

Guests enjoyed Kim & Tye’s signature cocktails from the pop-up bar, while the function room looked stunning in Kim’s favourite shades of green. 💚

And the entertainment? DJ Nevv, Double R and Billie & Max kept the party going all night! 🎶🕺

A well-planned timeline can make all the difference when it comes to keeping your wedding day running smoothly. From getting ready in the morning to the ceremony, photos, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches and dancing — having everything mapped out helps everyone know where they need to be and when! ⏰

Don’t forget to build in a little wiggle room too. Weddings rarely run exactly to schedule, and allowing extra time means you won’t feel rushed if things take a little longer than planned. ❤️

Julie and Carl couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather for their wedding day on Saturday — sunny, warm, and every bit as beautiful as the occasion itself. ☀️💙

The sunshine seemed to match Julie’s gorgeous smile perfectly, especially every time she looked at her dashing groom!

We loved the navy blue colour theme, which complemented the room beautifully and added an elegant touch to the celebrations.

The new Mr & Mrs Banks wanted a relaxed and joyful day surrounded by all their favourite people, simply celebrating their love and marriage — and we hope that’s exactly what we delivered. 🥂
