MIND, BODY, SPIRIT & WELLBEING Its .... tomorrow Sunday 20th March! We are so excited as this is promising to be a beautiful day all round with glorious weather AND a wonderful Holistic Event at Darwin Community Hall from 9.30am - 3.30pm. There will be complimentary Yoga & Mindfulness sessions in the morning and an inspiring Workshop on Self Empowerment during the afternoon that you can just drop into. This is in ADDITION to the wide variety of fabulously experienced Therapists, Practitioners and Holistic Traders that will be available... AND ...if that's not enough.. scrumptious Refreshments!
