The weather is looking great for a Saturday evening out with the SWEETING SWING BAND at All Saints' church Great Horkesley. This Saturday 21st June at 6.30pm. Come along for an evening of music and fun. Tickets £10 in advance from Geoffrey Baker 07909 995880 or at the door. Refreshments available. Please remember to bring a chair! Fundraising for improvements to All Saints' Church.

If you visit the churchyard at All Saints' Church, Great Horkesley, whether it be to visit the grave of a loved one, walk the dog or walk one of the footpaths starting there, you will know what a beautiful peaceful place it can be.
It's in need of a tidy up and we're looking for volunteers to spare us an hour or two on Saturday morning. Please join us if you can.

This week is Christian Aid Week. Do join us for coffee morning and plant sale at the Rectory on Friday at 10.00am. And the big breakfast on Saturday, 9am in St Marys West Bergholt with a guest speaker from ChristIan Aid. Here's a photo of the plants I found on my doorstep when I got home this morning as a taster of what is to come 😀
