Hi everyone. We just wanted to take a moment to speak honestly with you today, from our family to yours.
As many of you know, we’re a small, family-run florist, and we pour our hearts into every bouquet and every order — especially at this busy, festive time of year.
Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced something that has left us feeling very hurt. We were scammed by someone pretending to be a genuine customer, and as a result we lost hundreds of pounds worth of flowers, time, and materials. For a small business like ours, that isn’t just a financial loss — it’s an emotional one too. We work incredibly hard, and situations like this can really knock the wind out of us.
We’re not sharing this for sympathy, but because we believe in being open and honest with the community that supports us. Your kindness, your orders, and your encouragement truly keep us going — more than you may realise.
