I am now celebrating 35 years as a Caterer, this has been very rewarding period of my life, giving me great satisfaction knowing every event is special. I generally bespoke every menu and, often producing recipes personally for my clients. I am the main influence of all my catering events and will be seen back of house in my apron! I am supported by my husband Jon and daughters, Stefanie, Lucinda

and Olivia who all have their own roles within the business. Lucinda works closely with me and has become a very important part of the business taking the next generation to a different level. She is an excellent cook, with a total natural ability giving great culinary artist flair. It seems a long time ago, starting just in my kitchen at home with my three small children, producing and selling my products at local indoor craft markets, it was during that time in my life I actually created my signature dishes, which I am still producing today, Homemade Pies, Quiches, various types of cakes. Over the past years I have always kept food ideas and styles up to date, my basic technique of home style cooking or as a great friend of mine always says “cooking from the heart” and using the best possible ingredients has always been the key to our success. I am also mindful using and supporting local produce and businesses. I am very fortunate to live in Great Bookham in Surrey and there is a wealth of great suppliers, with excellent butchers, a fish monger, a bakery and a greengrocer all of which are family businesses who care. I am now proud to present our Show Room, which is in Great Bookham, where potential clients can visit us, see our portfolio and more importantly plan part or all of their special catering event, however big or small, everyone is individual and special to us. The menus are only an idea to give a price structure, when you are browsing through them and everyone can be adapted. I eagerly write my own recipes and you will find many of my recipes on the website, I have also written for local magazines, occasionally broadcast on local radio and apparently pop up on cbeebies a children’s programme, as puzzled cook producing bizarre things from the kitchen! At the moment I am at the finishing stages of writing my cookery biography, which spans the last 30 years. I look forward to meeting you. Elizabeth Treliving

Many thanks for providing the catering for our Birthday Celebration yesterday. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing afternoon and all our guests enjoyed a delicious lunch. There are still plenty of meat and vegetables remaining.

Dear Elizabeth,

First of all I’d like to thank you for the delicious food you served and the fantastic team you provided. I feel I didn’t thank them enough on the evening so please pass on my heartfelt thanks to them all on a job exceptionally well done.

I had so many compliments on the food - in particular your lamb but also the crumble and cheese cake. I’ve actually now turned your yummy Moroccan tagine into a soup which I’m enjoying still. Better than the M&S version I normally buy! Everything else is already consumed.

Finally thank you for the Natasha Allwood cake recommendation- she made a beautiful chocolate cake for me. Also delicious.

My 50th birthday is next year, and it’ll be so much easier to organise now that I know you both!

Thank you so much for the amazing food. Everyone complimented on the spread you produced. The fact you were conscious of dietary needs of my guests. So many people said they have never been to a party where they could in fact eat anything, which in their words was amazing.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the arrangements yesterday and please will you pass our thanks to all your team who made everything run so smoothly. The food was enjoyed by everyone (whatever their allergies! ) and there was relatively little left at the end which I always think is the sign of great catering!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for the splendid food you provided for Mummy's wake yesterday. Every single morsel was eaten by the end of the day and hardly surprisingly as not only did it all look so attractive everyone said how delicious it all was.

Your team were absolutely fantastic, so please thank them again for me.

I have now started travelling to different countries and joining in on works shops worldwide to develop different ideas and flavours constantly. As we caterers we don't just to keep to old favourites but introduce new ideas. Sitting in my Shop watching Bookham so many new menu ideas evolve. I eagerly write my own recipes and you will find many of my recipes on the website, I have also written for local magazines, occasionally broadcast on local radio and apparently pop up on cbeebies a children’s programme, as puzzled cook producing bizarre things from the kitchen! Something I did a few years ago.
