A little look back at these beautiful illustrated table names from E&A’s wedding this time last year at Sudeley Castle Weddings 🤍

Instead of traditional table numbers, this couple chose to name each table after some of their favourite pubs - giving their guests a little glimpse into places that hold memories for them as a couple 👌

I created a bespoke hand-drawn illustration for each pub, turning their table numbers into something much more personal than simply “Table 1, Table 2, Table 3...” ✨

I love details like this because they don’t just add personality to your wedding, they also give your guests something to chat about and share little moments of your story.

And a year on, I still love how these turned out alongside their menus and place cards 🤍

What’s been my most requested wedding colour of 2026 so far?

Green 🌿

From soft sage to deeper tones, it’s been the colour so many of my couples have chosen for their wedding signage this year, and it’s easy to see why.

Green feels timeless, elegant and effortlessly versatile. It complements almost any wedding venue, works beautifully across every season, and pairs perfectly with both classic and modern styling.

Although green is always one of my most requested wedding colours, each couple wants their perfect shade - some love a soft, muted sage, while others prefer richer, more earthy greens.

That’s why every hand-painted sign I create can be bespoke colour matched to your wedding palette. Whether you’re matching your bridesmaids’ dresses, florals, stationery or a specific ribbon sample, I’ll create the perfect shade for your signage that feels completely cohesive with the rest of your day.

A little look back at L&C’s beautiful wedding at Kilworth House Weddings this time last year 🤍

Soft pale blue was the colour running through their wedding, from their Save the Dates and invitations through to their on-the-day stationery, creating a subtle and elegant thread throughout the day. Paired with their stained wooden signage, it created such a beautiful balance of soft and natural tones ✨

And I think it worked particularly beautifully at Kilworth House Hotel - The warmth of the stained wood, the soft blue details and the surrounding greenery all worked together so naturally, creating a look that felt elegant without being overdone 🤍

“How far in advance do we need to book our wedding stationery?”

Honestly, this is the one I hear the most! And the answer depends on what you need.

Save the Dates - These usually go out 12-18 months before your wedding. We’ll start designing 3-6 weeks before you want to send them. You can book as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed.

Invitations - These are usually sent to your guests 4-6 months before your wedding date (or slightly earlier if you didn’t sent Save the Dates). Design work starts 4-6+ weeks before your invitation send date, but booking early means that your design slot is guaranteed in my diary.

On-the-day signage & stationery - Design starts around 3 months before your wedding, once your guest list and timings are confirmed. I recommend you book as early as possible - I only take on a limited number of couples each month, so the earlier you secure your spot, the better!

I’m currently taking bookings for the rest of 2026, 2027 and even 2028 - so whatever stage of planning you’re at, now’s a great time to get in touch!
